Democrats lose all credibility on "helping the middle class"
The farm bill is not sexy. But it is important. It also illustrates that the Democrats don't mean a word of it when they say they want to "end subsidies for big business" and "help the middle class."
The Democrats are working overtime to stick it to the middle class struggling to make ends meet. They are voting for higher food prices and bigger profits for large corporations.

The good news: McCain and Bush both oppose the bill. The Bad News: Many Republicans in Congress haven't learned their lesson that they need to stop acting like Democrats and too many of the Republicans support the bill as a government handout to their constituents.
